About Me

I am a dedicated Nutritional Therapist with a specialisation in gut health. My personal journey with gut related issues has fueled my passion for helping others. I was tired, regularly bloated and suffering with IBS throughout my childhood and I thought all these symptoms were normal. But while on a gap year, I realised that not only were they not normal, but they were also getting worse, and I decided I didn’t want to live that way.

So, I went to see my doctor, who ran tests and couldn’t find anything wrong. I persisted and he recommended me to a Nutritional Therapist. After implementing the recommendations I saw positive changes within weeks and couldn’t believe something so simple could make such a difference.

It is through my own experiences that I decided to change career paths. I completed my diploma in Nutritional Therapy at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, where I gained extensive knowledge and experience.

In addition to my professional pursuits, I am a loving mother to two children, aged 7 and 9, balancing my busy family life with my career, so I understand the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and strive to inspire others to do the same. I am dedicated to empowering my clients to take control of their health and achieve their wellness goals, whether it’s through personalised nutritional plans, lifestyle modifications, or educational resources, I am committed to making a positive impact.
